My art practice is multi-disciplinary, ranging from illustration and printmaking, to collage and mixed media. The emphasis of my practice is on creating unique, original artworks, made by hand which evoke a feeling of connection.

Making has been a part of my life, forever. As a little girl, I made endless paper dolls from my grandfather’s newspapers. I was happiest snipping paper, with a pencil close at hand. Creativity is as much a part of me as the blue of my eyes.

My designs are inspired primarily by nature and being outdoors in the beautiful environment where I live. Ideas come from the most unexpected places. My secret to ensuring an endless supply is simply being open to allowing them in.

Creating art for me, is a means of escape, my ticket to another world full of play and experimentation.
